Arcis Players Membership Digital Card
In March of 2023 we will begin issuing digital membership cards to all new and renewing Arcis Players’ Members. This will replace your plastic card used to access your membership privileges while at the club.
The front of the card will display your primary membership information as well as a barcode that will be used upon check in at the club. Additionally, you will find some great information and links on the back of the card. Directly from your card you’ll be able to access the regional event calendar, book tee times, access club websites and much more.

For Apple users, your Digital Membership Card will be stored in Apple Wallet. For Android users, you will store your card in the YourWallet app.

No, it does not. Your new digital card replaces your plastic card. We do have a link on the back of the digital card that will take you to the member tee time booking site.Â
Yes, your login information for booking tee times has not changed. Â
No, currently the Digital Membership Card does not allowing charging.Â
Yes, if you still prefer a flip-phone we will work with you individually to provide you a Membership Card.Â
We have several options to help you get your card downloaded. The staff at each of our courses can assist you in person. Additionally, you can click the “Can We Help?” button on the left side of this page and send us an email and we will contact you. Finally, we offer a “live chat” feature during certain days and times – if a “LIVE CHAT” button appears on the bottom right of this page you can click on that to receive help in a matter of minutes.Â

Apple Device Step by step

You will receive an email from us with a link to download your card.

The Digital Membership Card will pop up on your phone automatically.

Click the "add" text in the top right corner of your screen.

This Apple Wallet Screen will appear next. Click Open Wallet.

You will then see the digital card in your Apple Wallet with any other digital cards.

The "done" text will appear in the top left corner when your card has been added to your wallet.

To access the back of the card with helpful links click on the three dots in the top right.

This is the back of the card with links to the Calendar, Tee Time Page and Club Websites.
Android Device Step by step

Download the YourWallet application. This is where the card will be stored on your phone.

You will receive an email from us with a link to download your card.

Select the Chrome Browser to open the Digital Card in YourWallet.

The Digital Membership Card will then pop up on your phone.

Click on the "Add to YourWallet" button.

Click the red "Add to Wallet" button on the bottom of the screen to finalize the card in your wallet.

To access the back of the card click the three dots on the lower right corner of the digital card.
